If a 757 crashed into the Pentagon, then two engines like these would have had to have been removed from the crash site, but two engines such as these were NOT removed from the crash scene. Why? Because no 757 crashed there.

The flying object penetrated the building without causing major damage to the façade. It crossed several of the building rings of the Pentagon, creating in each wall it pierced a progressively bigger hole. The final hole, perfectly circular, measured about one meter eighty in diameter. When traversing the first ring of the Pentagon, the object set off a fire, as gigantic as it was sudden. Huge flames burst from the building licking the façades, then they shrank back just as fast, leaving behind a cloud of black soot. The fire spread through a part of the first ring and along two perpendicular corridors. It was so sudden that the fire protection system could not react.

Several Pentagon attack researchers have maintained that the damage or lack thereof to obstacles in the alleged flight path of a 757 crashing into the Pentagon mean that no such plane crashed. The most common arguments are:

The cable spools standing in front of the impact area after the crash could not have been knocked over by the 757.
The gouge to the diesel generator in the construction yard, supposedly caused by the 757's starboard engine, was in the wrong orientation.
We first consider these two arguments separately.

In post-crash photographs of the Pentagon the cable spools appear to be very close to the building. In the silent-but-deadly photo montage the spools appear to be right against the facade, an illusion created by superimposing a photograph showing the spools taken from ground level onto an aerial photograph of the building. (See the first photograph in the right margin.) Even without making the mistake of making estimates based on the montage, it is easy to assume the spools were much closer to the building than they were.

Samuel D. Danner, a pilot and electrical engineer from Hagerstown, Maryland, was eyewitness of the 9/11 incident at Pentagon.

Danner has described in detail seeing an aircraft that looked exactly like a Global Hawk make a tight turn at high speed and level off at ground level and smash into the Pentagon.

As a trained Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Sam left his vehicle on the side of the road (Virginia Route 27) and ran to the crash site to help the wounded. He was utterly baffled, however, to find no bodies, wounded or dead, and no airplane, Boeing 757 or otherwise. All he found was some smashed up sheet metal and a very small jet engine.

Sam has described the bizarre scene as something out of the Twilight Zone series, in which nothing made sense.

He recalled seeing a group of men by the Pentagon wearing white shirts and ties who all had binoculars with them. When he was looking at the crash site from the road with his binoculars, he saw them looking at him through theirs. He waved, he said, but they did not wave back.

When he got to the "crash" site, he was mystified when he did not see any luggage or parts of a 100-ton aircraft at all. All he found was a badly bent jet engine wheel that appeard to be about 3 feet in diameter.

It should be noted that this 3-foot wheel was found with its cowling, or housing, which was about the same size in diameter. There is very thick insulation seen in this housing material. This is not likely to be a small wheel from a large engine, rather it is more likely one of the front large turbine wheels from an engine that is about 3 feet in diameter. ...

in a truck parked outside the west face. The first Associated Press report stated that the Pentagon

 had been damaged by a “booby trapped truck.” The Navy posted the stopped heliport clock on an official website and another of the stopped clocks is in the 9/11 display at the Smithsonian Institution

.2 These are just some of the west section Pentagon clocks that stopped between 9:31 and 9:32-1/2.

The FAA’s [Federal Aviation Administration] timeline document “Executive Summary--Chronology of a Multiple Hijacking Crisis --September 11, 2001” reads: “0932: ATC (Air Traffic Control) AEA reports aircraft crashes into west side of Pentagon.”3 The time is the critical fact here, not the claimed cause.

Denmark’s soon-to-be Foreign Minister Per Stig Moller was in a building in Washington, D.C. on 9/11 from which he looked out, heard the explosion and saw the smoke first rise from the Pentagon. He immediately looked at his watch, which read 9:32 a.m. He gave radio interviews in Denmark the next morning in which he stated that the Pentagon had been attacked at 9:32.4

On August 27, 2002, then White House Counsel and now Attorney General Alberto Gonzales gave the Secretary of the Navy lecture at the Naval Postgraduate School in which Gonzales explicitly and clearly states that “The Pentagon was attacked at 9:32". This tape was played at the 9/11 Emergency Truth Convergence at American University in Washington, D.C. in July, 2005.

The Pentagon was attacked by bomb(s) at 9:32 a.m., apparently followed by an impact from an airborne object significantly smaller than Flight 77.

I have interviewed an Army auditor from Ft. Monmouth, New Jersey, who was on temporary duty assignment at the Pentagon before, on and after 9/11. He was in the Army financial management spaces only minutes before the Pentagon explosion on the morning of 9/11. He had just returned

to his temporary office on the ground floor of the adjacent south side of the Pentagon by the cafeteria when he heard an explosion and felt the building shake. Immediately afterwards, hundreds of panicked Pentagon personnel ran by him down the corridor just outside his office and out the South Entrance, yelling “Bombs!” and "A bomb went off!" The witness has requested that his name not be used in this summary, but is willing to testify to a grand jury or independent official investigation…..


As no “outside terrorist”, al-Qaeda or otherwise, could have had access to the Pentagon or the sustained advance access needed to pre-place explosives inside the WTC, only domestic insiders could have placed explosives in both the Pentagon and the WTC.

On the morning of September 11th, 2001, Vice President Dick Cheney was in charge of the military response to the attacks while the President flew around the country in Air Force One. The 9-11 Commission failed to follow up on the nature of and order the Vice President had given which related to American Airlines Flight 77 which hit the Pentagon at 9:36. Many have wondered if these orders were NOT to shoot down Flight 77 as it approached the Pentagon.

We know about this order because on May 23, 2003, then Transportation Secretary Norman Mineta testified before the 9-11 Commission. Secretary Mineta testified that he was present at the Presidential Emergency Operating Center (PEOC) in a bunker below the White House on the morning of September 11th under the direction of Vice President Dick Cheney. During questioning by Co-Chairman Lee Hamilton, Mineta was asked if he was in the PEOC when the Presidential order was given to shoot down suspected hijacked commercial airliners....

Although I said earlier we should resist the temptation to favor one witness statement over and above another, there is nonetheless one witness whose testimony I believe deserves particular mention. Actually this witness wasn't an eyewitness at all because she did not see the incident directly. Nevertheless her account is of particular significance because her exposure to the incident was not as a shocked and surprised observer. It took place within the context of her everyday professional work. Danielle O'Brien was on duty that day as an air traffic controller at Dulles Airport and tracked the approaching Flight 77 on radar as it entered Washington airspace. Of the incoming plane she reported to ABC News:

"The speed, the maneuverability, the way that he turned, we all thought in the radar room,

all of us experienced air traffic controllers, that that was a military plane....And it went six,

five, four. And I had it in my mouth to say, three, and all of a sudden the plane turned away.

 In the room, it was almost a sense of relief. This must be a fighter. This must be one of our

guys sent in, scrambled to patrol our capital, and to protect our president, and we sat back

 in our chairs and breathed for just a second".

So while the overwhelming majority of eyewitnesses were convinced they saw a regular Boeing passenger jet, professional air traffic controllers were convinced they were tracking a military plane. If this puzzling contradiction is to be resolved we must turn our minds to the other evidence.

There are many questions to be answered about the events at the Pentagon on September 11, 2001. Here are a dozen such questions that, if answered, might help to bring about justice.


 * Exactly how was Flight 77 hijacked, considering, among other things, that the alleged hijackers were said to be identified as security risks (possibly linked to al Qaeda) when they tried to board, and were not physically imposing (all 5 and a half feet tall or less, and slender in build)?

 * H ow was the nation’s air defense system disabled on 9/11, and how could anything have hit the Pentagon approximately 80 minutes after the first plane was known to be hijacked?

  * Why was Dick Cheney tracking Flight 77?

  * Why were explosive experts, who had a history of covering-up the OKC bombing and have since been accused of obstructing other investigations, hired to write the FEMA report? (Mete Sozen and Paul Mlakar).

  * Why did the roof of the Pentagon collapse 30 minutes after impact, giving additional evidence for the use of explosives? Note: The use of explosives at the Pentagon seems to be in agreement with the use of a large plane, which would have had little penetrating power.
Why was AMEC, the company that had just finished refurbishing Wedge 1 of the Pentagon, hired to lead the clean-up effort at Ground Zero?

  * Why did the NTSB not make public reports on any of the planes as is the normal procedure?

  * Why did none of the planes squawk the hijack code?

  * Why was the official explanation for alleged phone calls made by Flight 77 passenger Barbara Olsen changed several times, and ultimately how could Ted Olsen’s story make any sense?

  * Why did high-ranking Pentagon officials cancel travel plans for the morning of September 11 “…apparently because of security concerns.”?

  * How could Hani Hanjour still have successfully piloted Flight 77 given his poor qualifications?

  * Why are those interested in The Pentagon not intently reviewing documents released by the FAA and 9/11 Commission that reveal startling questions about the aircraft and events of that day?

  * Why are these questions NOT being pursued by independent investigators? That’s because the attention of many potential investigators has been hijacked by the much less useful question of “What hit the Pentagon.” This is certainly the favorite subject of intentional disruptors and official story supporters.

Red Flag -Transponders Not Required to Track Errant Aircraft






Imagine the surprise when it turned out that Flight 77 should have been more than twice the size of the plane in the Pentagon’s own frame. So my third question is, why isn’t the plane in the image the size of a Boeing 757?




One of the oddities about this debris is that it shows no signs of having been exposed to those fireballs and includes a piece of vine. - The question is, how did this piece of fuselage wind up on the Pentagon lawn?




Since these fire trucks arrived after the

crash and spent fifteen minutes or so

 putting it out, I have been struck by the clear, green, unblemished Pentagon lawn. The  question, therefore, is, why is there

no debris on the lawn?



The dumpster fire ? - Why was it necessary to fake fires coming from the Pentagon if a plane had actually crashed there?

Look just to the phone call of Barbara Olson, wife of the Solicitor General. A few days after the event, he violates what had to be “national security” and blabs to CNN that his wife called him collect on an aircraft cell phone to provide details of the hijacking.


The "Airphone" system requires a credit card. Yet, we're to believe that she reversed charges! Whatever becomes of the associated debate, the assertion is ludicrous – yet, what did the world read in the news?
