Emotions are the chemical reactions associated with our thought patterns. These emotions are released into the body and absorbed by the cells throughout the body and work like a guidance system to allow us to understand what we truly want in life and what we don’t.

Some emotions feel light and expansive while others feel toxic and heavy, sometimes they are intense and other times we are barely able to feel anything. Emotions do give color to our lives and shape our experiences and our reality….

Being able to let thoughts go that no longer serve you and that seem to create resistance through unwanted emotional reactions and behavior you begin to have more self-control and authority on what you feel and create in your life.

Emotions are the vibration or freuqency you offer that calls forth you experience or vibration that matches in quality, these two frequencies are then able to relate and unless they match they can not attract one another. Emotion is the key guidance factor in the philosophy of the Laws of Attraction, or like attracting like or another way of saying the same thing is your Karma.

Positive and Negative Emotions and the Body

Theory of Positive Emotions to explain the mechanics of how positive emotions were important to survival. Fredrickson suggests that positive emotions expand cognition and behavioral tendencies which increase the number of potential behavioral options. Fredrickson casts emotions as leading to changes in "momentary thought-action repertoires" - a range of potential actions the body and mind are prepared to take.

Even though a positive emotional state is only momentary, the benefits last in the form of traits, social bonds, and abilities that endure into the future. The implication of this work is that positive emotions have inherent value to human growth and development and cultivation of these emotions will help people lead fuller lives.

Negative Emotions and the Body

Rage, anger, arrogance, uncontrolled desire, and violence, as well as self-pity, melancholy, loneliness, boredom, dissatisfaction, inadequacy or envy are few of the most common examples of expressing negative emotions.

Continuous accumulation of negative emotions within the mind for a longer period of time can pervert the entire persona and can badly hamper the health and happiness. At earlier stages, negative emotions slowly entraps the mind to the point of grasping it wholly, affecting the physical body badly.

Using the Emotional Guidance Scale to manifest your wishes

Here is a fantastic way of looking at it. I want you to imagine a scale from the highest vibrations to the lowest vibrations which indicate your position if allowing in money (or any desire actually). This connection or disconnection with your Source Energy will tell you if you are allowing or resisting and you do this by looking at the scale below. Remember that this scale of emotions starts from the most positive gradation to the lowest vibrating degree:

 

 

There isn’t anyone on this planet who is stuck at one level at every single moment. One cannot anguish in despair over a

 

oved one for example. There will be moments of blame and hatred fluctuating to anger and revenge. We humans feel all over this scale. We would wither away if we are stuck at a gradation unless of course it is extremely positive but no one can always be joyful.

 

So here is what you must understand. There will be people worse off than you and better off than you and I empathize with your situation. I know it is not easy. The first thing you must understand is this. You cannot jump from, say, powerlessness to empowerment in a second just by looking at this scale of allowing and disallowing. You move up gradually or you will beat yourself up with feelings of failure and add more misery to the whole experience.

 

Think and Feel your way up and up the scale:

 

Look at the picture to your left to help you understand better. The words “contracted” and “expanded” will make sense as you move up and down the scale.

 

If you are feeling unworthiness (#21), for instance, can you try to think of an instance where you felt you applied yourself and did very well in the situation. Pull up an experience from your file of memories that make you feel like you were appreciated and loved. Now stay with that moment and raise your vibrations gradually, now reaching for a higher scale to, say feeling overwhelmed (#11). Now that you realize you are not totally worthless but are valued and that there is so much potential and possibilities ahead, you probably feel overwhelmed because you don’t know where to begin to feel positive all over again. But you’ve just made a huge stride and moved up the scale.

 

From here you sit down and think of ways, writing down on paper, what your course of action should be. Those plans will now leave you feeling Hopefulness making you move all the way up to #6. Wow! Did you see how far you’ve come? From utter despair to at least feeling a tad bit better? I bet that if you take action on the set of plans you have, you will begin to feel Enthusiasm and Eagerness (all the way up to #3). How awesome is that?

 

Have a child like attitude about this whole experiment or strategy. Don’t be so serious with this but just go easy on yourself and give it a try. Before you know it, the fact that you feel better time and time again will motivate you to repeat this exercise and you will start seeing how this plays out in the larger scheme of things in manifesting money and all desires. There is nothing in this world you cannot do but that which you tell yourself you cannot.

 

If scarcity and neediness has you vibrating on the lower range, you now know what you should do.

Will this miraculously help you manifest anything instantly? Im afraid not. Perhaps it could but most likely not the very instant. What this does is it puts you in the right reception state to get what you want. By focusing hard on manifesting money, the Law of Attraction isn’t going to work any better than sitting and worrying about it, working yourself to the bone.

A short a list of Emotions and Related body Reactions they Cause

  • 1) Fear - often starts in the belly and moves upward in the body. It starts as a small prick or like a stab in the stomach and moves upward.

  • 2) Sadness - often begins in the chest and moves upward through the throat and up to the eyes where we see tears - It is also accompanied by a strong wanting to drop your extremities (hands/legs) and let wanting to let go of your neck muscles and just let go + bending of the spine.

  • 3) Anger - Anger is energy felt in your body - begins in the back between the shoulder blades and travels upward, along the back of the neck and around the sides of the jaws.

  • 4) Joy - Joy is the last of the five core emotions. Joy is often felt in the chest (Similar to sadness we have tears of joy) but it may radiate outward more than simply moving upward.

Inner-directed Vs. Outer-directed

A lot of fears can be a result of being Outer-directed and getting your approval/values/sense of achievement from people around you and from outside sources.

Try to be more inner-direct, Accept yourself for who you are. Care less about what people think of you and more of what you think about yourself from your own perspective and value system. Don't beat yourself too much. Be secure and self assured about who you are.

Managing Fear

Emotions are created and felt in the limbic system of the brain. The limbic system of the brain is again an older part of our brain in terms of evolution. Emotions are actually felt as energy flowing through specific parts of your body. It is assumed that you know emotions have a purpose and any of them is undesirable.
